Data protection is part of every project, not an afterthought. We prefer local processing, sign data processing agreements with all service providers, and design architectures so that sensitive data stays in house wherever possible.

The EU AI Act classifies AI applications by risk and ties obligations to that. For most mid-sized companies it is not a reason to wait but an occasion to set up AI cleanly and documented from the start. We check which obligations apply to your specific use.
